Possible to break hands out into groups?

Not sure if this is the right forum to post this, so mods feel free to move this thread as you see fit. I just registered for PT3, so I don't really know how to use the program. I was wondering if there's a way to go through my history and pull out hands I want to review (big pots), and group them together so I can just go down that particular list, and replay them consecutively. This would be a lot less tedious then having to scour my entire session list after I review a hand in order to find the next big hand.

I'm sure I can probably sort the results by pot size (won or lost combined), but can I do that across sessions? Like if I import some HH's tomorrow, I wouldn't want to review some of the same hands I've already reviewed, so I'd have to select only certain sessions to do that sort.

I guess what would be ideal is to either 1) create a group and select individual hands to add to the group, or 2) be able to select/highlight several sessions and then do a sort by pot size in only those sessions, rather than lifetime.

Thanks...I hope this was coherent.

You can do this with a Custom Report, and there is one called something like "game notes replacement" available in the Repository.
Once you've downloaded the file, go to the Reports tab and click 'Import'.

Okay, I used the "Big Pots - Reanalysis" report and I really liked it. I was able to isolate all the hands I wanted and ideally, I'd like to use this report to analyze each daily session. But when I run the report, it'll combine previous sessions as well, because it picks up all hands in the database. Is there a way to only analyze my last multi-tabling session? And can I apply the other functions of the program, like stats, graphs, etc. to a particular multi-tabling session as well?

Is there a tutorial, or what's the best way to explore the extent of PT3's capabilities?

You can add filters to the report - either using the standard Filters button, or use the 'filters' link in the report config section bottom-left where you can filter on any stat you like. So click filters and add a filter for the specific date you want to look at.

There is some Documentation, and some FAQs - these will be updated of course, as more features are added and everything settles down. Things are still changing at the moment, so we don't want to spend too much time on documentation that may need to change.

Okay, thanks. I noticed the standard filters button after I posted.

Is there a way to stick a bunch of hands (all the results from a report) into the replayer and just watch them consecutively? Rather than double-clicking the hand from the report, clicking the "replay hand" button, watching the replay, closing the replayer window, closing the hand window, then repeating the same thing for each of the 50 hands in my report.

In the Reports tab, sadly not yet although this will be added.

Okay, thanks. Seems like you're really working hard to improve the program, and I appreciate it. I guess there will be a downloadable update in the future, and you'll email registered users?

Yes, there will be plenty more updates.
When a new "Build" version that everyone should download is available, you will be notified when you start PT3.
For Beta versions you will not get this notification but there will always be a sticky topic about the latest updates.

If I run a report and change the filters and stat categories, can I save the report for future use? I did that earlier and hit the save button after each change, but when I exited the program and returned, the report remained the same. Do I have to export?
