what does invalid HH line mean? help me please

I cant auto import because it always says invalid HH line. What does this mean and how do I fix it?

I got the same thing tonight when trying to import from an email I got from PokerStars. I played a couple hands to mess around and see if I can get this to work. I copied the file to the notepad, put it in a .txt file and keep getting the following error message (any help would be appreciated):

I have beta 17 and this did not work (see error message in my previous post). Can it be something else?

Ah, sorry - you're saving as a text file. You need to make sure the file is formatted correctly with each line on it's own line in the file.
Try using Wordpad instead of notepad, but save it as plain text.

Thanks. I don't think this was pokertracker's fault. I re-requested the HH from Pokerstars, pasted it in once again and this time it worked fine. For whatever reason the original email didn't work (I tried it about 15 times).
