Since beta 19 my HUD has not been updating on some tables, it doesn't appear on others, and on some only the table averages appear (and they don't update). Is anyone else experiencing problems? Any solutions?

What site(s) are you playing at?

Have you run Housekeeping recently to make sure the cache is up to date?
Have you experimented with the 'HUD performance level' settings?

No, but I did "reset" my HUD to the default by renaming the layout file, and the problem is the same. The defulat HUD started normally, counted 1-5 hands per player and quit working. It never displayed on a couple of my tables.

My latest session and I can't get the HUD to display at all. The hands are importing fine and I have no filters enabled. I've started and stopped PT3, and that didn't make a difference.

Are you sure that the actual played hand history files are being written and imported, not just the 30 observed hands?

If so, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

I enabled enhanced HUD performance to Level 1 and now the HUD displays, but only my stats update. I also removed the option to import observed hands at PS at the same time. I currently have a support ticket for this issue (1st filed 10/7/08 Support Ticket #35586). HH are being written to the PS HandHistory folder and then being moved as expected to the PT3 Processed folder.

I can get the HUD to update if I go into the HUD config and hit apply. It then loads the newest hands, but doesn't continue to do so automatically.

Try the other HUD levels too, and see if any are better than the others.
If you get different behaviours with different settings, attach another log to your ticket with the best performance you can get.

Level 2 the same. Tryin L3 now... HUD updated when I applied the setting change from L2-->L3.

L3 results are the same. The HUD starts and shows data for only the hand that it started on. I'll submit another (3rd) log. This really kinda sucks as I'm spending what little poker time I have trying to diagnose these problems.
