Manually Entering results

Im manually entering results ofr my full tilt SNGs. FullTilt sent me my tourney history. But when I enter in the "Enter Results" I have a lot of 9man SNGs that are shown as 8 player and my name does not appear..

I also have tournaments where I didnt play. How can I delete them?

Is your name and information in the original summary file?
Did you import the summary files OK? Any errors?

I also have tournaments where I didnt play. How can I delete them?

Beta 19 onwards have Selective Purge which will allow you to remove tournaments.
Database -> Database Management -> Purge.

My name appears in the hands of the tourney. They are 9man SNGs but are shown as 8man. Fulltilt sent me my history in a .xls document

I don't think the .xls files can be imported. Is this from old tournaments?
Please send us one of these files via the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

I had this trouble when loading lots of hand histories together. When I went back and loaded each tournament individually they changed from 8 man to 9 man and my name was then shown. I've no idea why it happened.

No it was from when I first got PT3 and imported a folder with thousands of tournaments. I would guess that 10% of them showed 8 players and my name was missing even though it was in the hand histories.

yea it´the same for me...the .xls file cant be loaded. It only helps to know how I placed in each tourney...
