If I raise preflop with pocket cards AK, then another player re-raise and I call, PokerTracker increases only V$PIP % or also PFR %?

What does PockerTracker consider? The first raise or the second call?

You are voluntarily putting money into the pot and raising pre flop therefore your VP$IP and PFR should go up.
