Hi, I know this has been covered before but i might be able to shed some light here.

I have had the same mis labelling of tables on ipoker when playing and mining and have just noticed something.

In my sessions tab of PT3 the limit of all my 6Max tables changes to full ring at exactly midnight 00:00

the $1NL (6 max) table session ends at 23:59 and the $1 NL table session starts at 00:00 with the exact same table name.

You guys may already be aware of this, but if not you could check out if its a problem with PT3 or Ipoker

Do you have Adjust Qualifying Table Limits checked on the Auto Import -> Preferences tab? That should fix these sorts of problems.

I do have this box checked. It made no difference

Could you zip up the hands that are importing improperly and attach them to a support ticket? That will help us to determine if the problem is on your end or on our end.

Im afraid i am far from a wizz regarding doing something like that. would be glad to help if you could help me to do it though.

Just a thought here kraada. I only play 6max games, so if i unchecked the Adjust Qualifying Table Limits checkbox for importing, would the limit shown in pokertracker only change if i actually changed a particular limit i played at? ie $1/2NL or $2/4 NL

If this is the case could i export my database, purge all hands and then re-import all my hands with the Adjust Qualifying Table Limits box unchecked? This would then just show what stakes have been played at since i know all these tables are 6max anyway?

Go to C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Processed and look for files you imported on the day in question. Highlight them all, right click, click Send To --> Compressed Folder.

Attach that compressed folder to the support ticket and reference this thread and we'll take it from there.

That may or may not work; I'm not certain, but you could try it. I'd recommend creating a new database for the purpose so your old data isn't damaged, though.

i have tried what i suggested and it appears to have worked. because i know i only play 6max tables, the tables have now all been kept together determined by the limit played. this means i no longer have $1NL, $1NL 6max and $1NL 2max being displayed in my database. They all just show as $1NL. this is what i wanted because when using the hud if i checked "use current cash limit only" it created problems because the database only had a small number of wrongly labelled $1NL 2max hands. even though i was playing 6max, the import problem meant my hud was displaying stats for a very small number of $1NL 2 max hands.
