playing the mixed holdem on stars and getting this error:


PokerStars: Unable to import hand (#26833500747). Reason: Invalid limit (Hold'em No Limit NL (6 max)) for hand #26833500747

Could you please zip up and attach the hand history from this tournament to a support ticket so that we can look into what's causing the problem? We'd appreciate it.

im a total computer idiot, dont even know what zip up means

Highlight the files, right click and click Send To -> Compressed Folder. Then attach that compressed folder to the ticket.

I'm not finding the bug easily for the problem in question. Could you PM me your ticket number? Once I have that I can look up the status of the bug much more easily.

Go to your My Tickets page and you can see your open tickets. Find the one that is for the issue and there's a 5 digit number there which is what I need. Either post it here or click on my name then the PM (private message) button and send me a message with the number that way and I'll check on it for you.

i am not the original poster of this thread.., i was just experiencing the same problem as the original poster. meaning pt3 is not able to import hands from mixed holdem games from stars. so i searched the forum looking for some solution. thats where i found this thread and i was curious whether a solution was found to the problem...
i never opened a ticket concerning this problem..., if you need me to do that i will

My apologies for not noticing that. I've located the bug, and it is in our bug list to be fixed. I don't know exactly when it will get fixed, unfortunately, but the issue will not be forgotten.
