See the "BB/Hand" statistic. That shows your per-hand winrate on blind steals. If you multiply this number by 100, it should be at least double your "PTBB/100"
First of.. what is PTBB/100??? Is it the same as BB/100??
Say you have BB/Hand = 0,01 and BB/100 = 0,76 this turns out to be
0,01*100 = 1 > 0,76 and thus far from double the BB/100. A possible leak then right?
In the PT3 the "hint" for the BB/Hand states: Big Bets Won Per Hand (and also BB/100: big bets won per 100 hand). Here it's says: shows your per-hand winrate on blind steals. What am I not getting?
Let me just turn dumb here for a second: what is a big bet in this matter?

"PTBB" stands for "Poker Tracker Big Bet" which is the same as twice a big blind. This is a holdover from the days in which PT was mostly a tool for limit players as a big bet in limit poker is twice the size of the big blind.

Right, thanks. I'll take the analysis part to 2+2 right

You'll probably get a better response there.
If you're thinking about winrates, though, you'll probably also want to look at
this calculator which calculates the range of your your true winrate taking into account variance. It's eye opening.

Just a quick question. How do I find my Standard deviation?

It's on the Sessions - Details bottom report (go to the sessions tab, choose sessions - details from the drop down).

only find sessions tab under cash games. Not tournaments

This is true, this statistic is only available for cash game play. However, standard deviation in chips per hand is going to be huge for tournaments, especially multi-table tournaments as the chip amounts get bigger as the tournament goes on.

Which is why you don't see the statistic available for you. I'll request that we add it, though I don't know when the developers would take a look at that feature next.
