I may be loosing cash. Is PTS Wrong or PS?

Fellow PT3 Users,
I use my own BR management spread sheet in addition to PT3. I'm playing $0.05/0.10 Fixed Limit Holdem right now. On my BR sheet I record my PokerStars balance at the end of each daily session, so my BR sheet balance matches my PS account balance. The problem, PT3 has me making $1 more at the moment for the month. Yes, a small amount, but I plan on moving up stakes soon enough and don't wont to continue seeing the Cash difference. So, as silly as it is, I don't want to point fingers at PS cause I believe it's a very reputable site, but I'm very curious. Is PT3 missing bets/rake or is PS ripping my off?? Anyone else have similar issues? If you never noticed, keep your on BR sheet just to double check. It's bugging me. Thanks for any help!

No way PS is ripping you off. I bet you have a rounding error somewhere.
Do you keep it written down to the penny?
Maybe you are missing a hand here or there in PT3?

Yeah, I know its silly to think it would be PS. I just want a clear answer. I'm sure it's PT3, but that's a lot of pennies for it to miscalculate. I DO keep my BR sheet accurate to the Penny, identical to my PS account. My PT3 earnings is just OVER Calculating...Giving more than what I show in my account...Very frustrating.
To get better answers, should I rename the topic or put in other post? Thanks!

Are you getting small differences every day, or is that just one difference?
It could be an import error, although I'm not aware of any at PokerStars. More likely is that you have a missing hand, which could because by you closing a table window before the final hand completes, or being disconnected.
If you're getting consistent errors try keeping a record of each table session and when you find a discrepancy attach the hand history file to a
Support ticket and tell us how much you actually won or lost.

WhiteRider, Thanks! Yeah, it's small differences every day. I multi-table alot and each session is sometimes short. I can keep track of each session on my own, just alittle effort on my part, but to find the missing/additional pennies would require alot more work...I'll give a try. I do close out of a lot of tables before the hands are complete, could be a reason like you said. I'll do so research and keep you posted. How would a Support Ticket help resolve the issue?

The first thing to do is to wait until the final hand completes before you close the table window, otherwise that last hand will not be imported. That is the most likely cause of the differences - any money you put into that last pot will not be recorded if you close the table after you fold.
If the discrepencies continue after that try to identify a specific session where the amount you actually won doesn't match what PT3 imports and attach the original hand history file to a ticket so that we can investigate and see where the difference comes from. I'm pretty confident the difference will be the final hands, though - we don't have any known import errors at PokerStars, and we have a lot of Stars players of course.

If you spend this much time searching for a lost dollar in a month then you are pretty sad!!
I noticed that when I play a session and it turns midnight during the session, PT3 gets confused and the winnings graph becomes a completely different amount to the overview summary in the first tab; maybe this is related to your problem?

Daniel - if you play past midnight you need to configure the My Day Starts At option in the
Settings Window to a time that you don't play, such as 5am.

THe problem he is reporting is actually a bug i have been meaning to report. I have my day start at 6 am and have the problem, they do sometimes get out of sync since it seems the dates get affected by the session start time and not the hand time for parts of the screen. (THough yes, he needs to change his settings.........)
