I was wondering when you will consider adding support for this site. It is independent I believe, but I would really like to use PT3 on here.

That will really depend on the demand and number of active players, and whether they write hand histories with the information we need, and of course whether they allow trackers and/or HUDs.

Please compress and attach some example hand history files from the range of games that you play to a Support ticket and I'll pass them on to the development team.

I third the request. BetOnline is one the only choices for US players right now. They're an established casino and book and just started doing poker. If there is not too much demand right now there will be, at least for US players.

I was going to choose you're product because it has a hand puller for Bodog. Since Bodog is going to stop servicing US players at the end of the year that won't matter much now. For what it's worth between you and you're main competitor whoever adds support for the site first is the product I'm going to buy. I hope it's you so I can still play Bodog for another 2.5 months.

Did you ever get those sample hand histories?

Bodog as a brand will stop servicing the USA, but the new Bodog Poker Network will support the USA with a new skin from Morris Mohawk. We have been told that all existing Bodog customers in the USA will be transferred to the new Morris Mohawk skin automatically. On a related note when the Bodog Network launches they are also rolling out a brand new client, PokerTracker has not seen the client yet but it is assumed to include changes in the hand history format which means it will take some time for our developers to incorporate the changes needed.

As for the network that BetOnline is on - we did some research yesterday, we discovered that their traffic is too small at this time to allocate the development resources, but we will continue to watch as their network grows. Our research shows that the network is called the Hero Poker Network, but we are getting some conflicting info that says that Hero may be tied to the Action Poker Network - we will continue to explore. In the meantime, send us hand histories anyway - they will come in handy eventually!

There are still other USA facing sites that still accept new customers, PokerTracker supports the Cake Network and also the new Yatahay Network which includes Doyles Room, True Poker, BetCris, Americas Card Room and other skins that will be launched before the end of the year if our sources are correct. We also support the Merge Network if you already had an account, they are no longer accepting new customers from the USA. As always it should be noted that PokerTracker doesn't endorse Yatahay, Cake, Merge or any other skin or network - as a player you should make these choices on your own and it would be prudent as a US based player to research the risks involved first. Great news about Bodog. Hopefully it won't be too complicated to adapt the PT3 hand grabber to the new skin. Or maybe the new client will save histories locally.

I can tell you with 100% certainty that BetOnline is on the Action Poker Network. The reason I can say this is because I downloaded the client from actionpoker.com and opened it up side by side with the BetOnline client. All of the room and player names and everything else were identical. I'm not really that clever, someone on the 2+2 forums already did that. The confusion is some support staff from BetOnline apparently don't know this and have been telling people that they are a dedicated network (according to 2+2 forum posts). According to Pokerscout.com peak traffic for the Action Poker Network has almost tripled in the last 3 months (219 on July 22 to 515 September 20th). The increase corresponds with when BetOnline started offering poker. BetOnline itself isn't yet identified as a member of Action Poker on Poker Scout yet. Hopefully that will change soon and the traffic will be large enough to add support in PT3 or PT4.

I am another BetOnline player as it is the only choice for US players to use real money online. Anyone that doesn't realize this now will realize it very soon. I hope you guys offer support for it very soon, otherwise I just used up my free online trial for nothing.
