Purchasing PT3 right before the release of PT4

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, I wasn't sure where to post.

So I am interested in purchasing PT, but I would hate to do so now since the release of PT4 is coming so soon. Are there any kind of free/discount upgrades to PT4 for people who purchase PT3 right before the release of PT4?

Anyone who buys PT3 now will receive the upgrade to PT4 for free, as stated on the PT4 preview page.
