Not importing .txt made hand files

Hello,

My session was today bugged and I had to purge them, I sent the session hands to my e-mail from party poker software and every other time it's worked when I copy all the writing from e-mail and paste it in a notebook and save it as a .txt file. But now what happened was it did import the files, says Files Imported 2 of 2, but it didn't import any hands. It's like it didn't even detect the hand like it used to do. I'm using the v3.11.9 beta of PT3. What can I do to get the hands imported to my pt3?

Are you sure you saved them as plain text without any email header information? PT3 cannot read files with formatting or extra information.
If you think the files are OK please attach them to a Support Ticket and we'll check them out for you.
