stars import problem

Hello, PT3 is not importing my stars hands. The hands are being shown as observed but not imported. The directory file is the same on pokerstars as it is in pt3. I've never had this issue before, does anyone know what could be causing this?

Please update to v3.12 which works with the latest PokerStars software.
