Hand History Wrong Format Error

I tried converting some hands from PT3 from some sessions to a Poker Forum I'm a member of but I keep getting an error saying the format is wrong. Any ideas to why? Thanks for your help!

What site are the hands for?
Are you copying the plain text or the formatted forum version?
