Layout Not Recalling Saved Positions

I'm having problems getting my hud to stay in place. My HUD is made up of 5 groups when I run it in replayer the groups are displaced by a seat or two i.e a group from seat 6 is on seat 5, from the previous saved layout. My real problems is on Stars where I end up with a random assortment of groups all over the table. Once I've correctly arranged the groups and saved the layout, it all reverts to chaos once I shut down and restart the poker client. Preferred seating is enabled in stars, not PT3.

Have you tried enabling preferred seating in PT3? If not, could you give it a try for me and let me know if it makes any difference?

I followed the preferred seating tutorial; turning it on then off again in client and PT3, that took care of it.
