hi.
v3.13.1 trial installed.
hands importing but no hud is showing.

orig thread i started regarding postgre is here: v3.13.1

Please see our HUD FAQ for a list of common reasons the HUD may not be showing for you.

1. hands are being auto imported.
2. Poker Stars installed in English
3. Stars and PT3 both have "Run As Administrator."
4. 'User Account Control' (UAC) = im on W7 and i have the UAC set to "never notify"
5. I have Disabled "Show stats for current limit only".
6. Set "Minimum Hands Required" = 1
7. I only have 1 database ..it is selected.

Please submit a Support Ticket with logs and a list of all the security software you run.

I am just having this problem on ZOOM tables now.
All other tables are showing the HUD fine.

Hi.
No I have not submitted a ticket number yet. I wanted to divulge the relevant info first - this is only a ZOOM issue.

Should i submit a tcket now??
