Posted: Sun Mar 25, 2012 10:16 amIt sounds like PT3 can't find your PokerStars hand history files and therefore only imports observed hands (of which PokerStars only allow 30 hands per session). Please ensure that you have configured your PokerStars client to save hand histories to hard drive and that you have configured PT3 to import from that hand history folder (see the PokerStars Configuration Guide).
