Housekeeping

Is it normal when i run housekeeping with only the option update cache checked that is still rebuilding the cache? PT3 version 3.31.2 Beta

If you cache was below 90% complete then rebuilding it is generally faster than an incremental update. When PT3 notices this it switches to a full rebuild.
