Hi, I'm having problems setting up my zoom hud

I have zoom enabled, and I followed the configuration guide, turning on pt3 first, then stars, then running pt3 then playing zoom

I also looked in the other big zoom threads to see if there was a similar problem, couldn't find any info. Maybe its because PT3 is showing PS is not configured to save HH's (I checked, and it is set up correctly)

I'm running windows 7 64 bit
using the latest version 3.13.4
Avira anti virus
I'm running PT3 as administrator
Hands import at normal tables fine (and have been for a long time)


I dont know what to do, I made some screenshots of what is happening

Have you followed the tutorial here?

I have read and followed that entire tutorial.

I added the 4 pokertracker/postgres programs as exceptions to my windows firewall but that didn't change anything. I've also tried turning my windows firewall off which also did not change anything.

Avaria antivirus apparently has no effect

The hands import into PT3 fine, just the HUD is not working

any other suggestions?

I only asked because in your screenshot you hadn't scrolled down to show the "Enable Zoom Hud" box - which needs to be checked in order for things to work.

Please restart PT3 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start menu, reproduce and report this problem so that we can investigate further for you.

cool thanks kraada I did what you suggested and reported the problem with the log files.

and yeah I do have "enable Zoom HUD" box checked, I should have included that in the screenshot

Hey guys, I just wanted to post an update

I was able to get everything working after starting Pokerstars as administrator (as per PT support's suggestion). Avira doesnt interfere at all.

Got a similar problem, thought I'd post here... I have the latest PT3 Omaha for Mac. However I don't have the 'Enable Zoom HUD' option. Any suggestions? Thanks!

The Zoom HUD will not function on the Mac because of the way the OS X security policy works. Unfortunately, there is no way around this.

I have the same problem. The option to add for zoom isn't there
