my refresh table sessions not working

Hi Guys.

I'm using PT3 1v3.13.2 I've been using it a couple of weeks with everything ok. I only use it on Pokerstars.

while playing only 2 tables and a MMT sit and go, I noticed I could not get a refresh update of my table sessions.
The Hud seemed to be working fine and was keeping track of the tables updating the Hud hand by hand.
But on my Cash games>Sessions tab the data was not updating or responding to the refresh button.

The window that tells me that it's going to stop updating for the next 30 min came up at some point, before all this fuss, and I clicked ok.
but hours past after, with no more such windows, the problem was persisting re my Cash games>Session tab updates.

I clicked refresh dozens of times, and even restarted PT at least 3 times and got only about ten more minutes of play refreshed.
But there is about 2-3 hours of play data missing or non-updated on that Sessions tab.

The problem persisted hours after the sit and go. And also this morning as I fired it up, as I say, I still notice about 2-3 hours of play data is missing.

What do I do? Thanks for any help.

It sounds like PokerStars is not set to save your hand histories - or if it is, PT3 isn't pointing to the proper directory. Please see this tutorial which will walk you through everything you need to know to make sure it's all set up properly.

Once that's set up properly, you can request your prior hands either through the PokerStars client or by emailing PokerStars support and you'll be able to import the missing hands that way.
