My Cash Games>Session tab refresh does not refresh

Hey Guys;

Sorry about the problems, maybe it's just me being a newb with using forums, but really I have a post missing on this issue so
I have to get it resolved so I'm having to repeat it here:

I think Krada replied to my lost message that I might not be properly configured to Pokerstars; but:

I have been using PT for over 200 hours of play on cash games with no problems. I used a free trial version for the first 100 hours or so of this time
followed the Guide to get all the settings right and in sync with Pokerstars when I set up the free trail version and then upgraded to PT v3.13.2 beta
and as I can recall I didn't, and was not prompted to reconfigure, so I don't recall that I did, but everything seemed smooth and as I say I had no problems
until yesterday during a session when I was playing 2 tables and a sit and go. Now it seems to have frozen to a time 3 hours before the end of my last session
so 3-4 hours is missing. The Hud worked fine. I haven't resued it until I resolve this issue. Any help, thanks

That is odd. Is it possible you have a filter enabled? Try clicking the Clear button at the top right and see if that helps.

If not, please restart PT3 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start menu, and play while importing for a round of hands, then report this problem and we'll investigate further for you.

Thanks for the info Kraada, I managed to work out the problem. A filter check and a clear did the trick. All is normal and well again.
Though any insight into what to do about post disappearances would be great too...do you guys delete some of them?

The only posts we delete are spam posts - a genuine question like yours would not be deleted.
