HUD does not work

Hi!

I used a long time ago PT3, and I've just started to use it again on party poker. It seems to me that the HUD does not appear on the tables, altough I am sure I started the auto import, and HUD starts automaticly, and I checked that It should appear after 1 hand, but it didn't. There are no error massages, and anyway It was on default settings so It should work without any configuration. And it used to work on different rooms a long time ago, so I have no idea what could be the problem. Any idea or suggestion would be appreciated.

Are your hands being imported? What operating system are you using?

Yes hands are imported. And I use windows 7

Have you updated to one of the most recent versions of PT3?

Yes, its v3.13.4 beta

That's odd. Please restart PT3 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start menu, reproduce and report this problem and we'll be able to investigate further and more effectively for you.
