My PokerTrack does not work

I would assume that once i started it. it would start working. but im in the middle of a tourney when i started and nothing seemed to work. the HH said "Hand observed but not imported" .... What should i do?

k i have HH going a little bit. not big enough sample size? and how do i import my own HH to get my username connected?

in my tourney, i seem to have only one hand imported. dunno why

It sounds like you're playing at PokerStars so please follow the
PokerStars Configuration Guide which explains how to set things up.
You may also want to check out the
Quick Start Guide.
