Two flaws I've found.

Postby HangukMiguk » Mon Jan 28, 2008 1:08 pm

1) I am unable to combine aliases.
2) Full Tilt observed hands import, but players do not show up in Hold'em screen. I've checked both tournaments and cash to make sure it's not just importing wrong, but it's in neither.

#1, I'm not sure whether that is just because you haven't implemented this feature yet.
#2 sounds like a bug though.

I haven't played around with aliases yet, but you can fix #2 manually by hitting the refresh button on the Holdem page. It should probably automatically refresh every so often but doesn't atm.

1. This is not a flaw. Because of the way aliases are done, you cannot assign as an alias a name that has an alias. Add all the aliases under one name. Aliasing has been designed to be efficient *after* the alias has been added. There is no performance hit to retrieves or imports once the alias has been added, whether there is one alias or hundreds.

Ok, I stand corrected on both counts. Yesterday though, Aliases weren't working for me. The drop down for the sites were blank, and there was no players listed in the edit screen.

lock.

Next time that happens, please attach the PokerTracker.log file to a support ticket. Thanks.
