No HUD after PS EU-Client switch

Hi, after I changed my client to EU on PS my HUD isn't working anymore.
It doesn't register any hands, nor does it show anything on my tables.
After I realized the problem I ran housekeeping which didn't help. Then I updated to the newest version 3.12.1 but still the problem persists.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Please upgrade to our latest beta - 3.13.9 - available on our download page, then double check that PokerStars is set to save hand histories and that PT3 is set to import them from the proper directory - in the switch sometimes people's settings in that area have been lost as well.
