When I'm playing Blaze Poker on MicroGaming (blaze 6-seat € 4 max - € 0.02 / € 0.04) and I start Pokertracker 3 it doesn't seem to import any hands.

Anyone has an HOW-TO for importing Blaze hands?

(Operating system; windows 7)

Blaze hands are not supported. Microgaming only writes data from hands you reach showdown which means we have mostly incomplete data (every time you fold) and that stats and even your results information would be incomplete and mostly useless (even your wins and losses wouldn't add up right).

Thank you for your quick response! but.....

when you read the modifications in 3.13.7.1 Alpha Release it says;

"fixed: •Import: MicroGaming: Not skipping Blaze hands during import (Bug #3493)

Doesn't this mean that Pokertracker does read the Blaze hands?

Correct. We cannot - and will not ever - import incomplete hands, which are what is written when you do not reach showdown. Since only importing data from hands where you do reach showdown would skew all results massively, we decided to not import that data at all either.

Those hands are incomplete - they do not contain all of the information that happened in the entire hand. We don't know who won the hand, and much more -- we cannot and will not import incomplete hands.

Yes - that's because PokerStars write the complete history for all hands regardless of when you fold.
