PT3 tracking gone screwy

Postby Stude » Fri Aug 24, 2012 5:16 pm

Firstly, I have been playing on iPoker.
PT3 has always worked well.
The HUD still works well, but the tracked hands has gone a bit weird.
Firstly, the other day I won a BI on my last hand of the session, went to the Texas Holdem tab to look at my graph which was filtered for the day to see my results for the day.
I noticed that the last hand wasn't appearing in the graph.
So I checked the "sessions" tab and it wasn't in there.

Another day I had my usual filter for "today" in place. I had played a number of hands, about 1hr 3 tabling yet nothing appeared in the graph.
I changed the filter to "month" and the hands appeared.

Now when I am looking at my graph for today it is including some hands from yesterday in the graph.
Now, looking at the session, some of the sessions from today are there, some not.
Also, the times seem to be out. I think the time on the sessions is about an hour ahead of my real time.

Any ideas?

Were you playing on or around midnight? There are known issues with a few time zones where things may be off by an hour - you can set your My Day Starts At setting in the Settings area to an hour at which you never play and that should fix your Today filter. We are still working to see what we can do about hands which import as an hour off.

No, but your fix seems to have worked.
Except in the "sessions" tab it says last session finished 23:35 and it is only 23:15 now, so I guess it is reading an hour ahead.
I'll keep an eye on it, it was never a problem before - at 00:00 it always reset to a new day perfectly.
There haven't been any daylight saving changes have there?

We haven't made any changes to that part of the code in months at least as far as I'm aware.

Well, I play on two sites - Party Poker and Willian Hill.
There must be some discrepancy between their clocks.
I played some hands at WH at about 18:30 to 19:30 my time. In the HH they are showing as finished around 20:30.
Later I played some hands at party, ending at 21:00 and the HH has them ending around 20:00.
The net result is that my graph is backwards!
Started out losing at WH then winning session at Party but the graph shows the reverse.

EDIT: Just checked and the clocks on the poker clients are both showing as correct :?:

OK, it's definitely a PT3 thing:
#Game No : 12052112240
***** Hand History for Game 12052112240 *****
$2 USD NL Texas Hold'em - Tuesday, August 28, 20:57:51 BST 2012
Table New Delhi (Real Money)

Yet, in PT3 > Texas Holdem > Cash Games > Sessions
it says end time of 19:57 for that table.

Please attach the original hand history to a support ticket and we'll look into what we can do to get this working properly for you.
