Switching Screen Names

I play on Merge with a Mac and use PT3. I recently had to change accounts to a new one w/ an obviously different screen name. How do I switch my PT3 to the new name? Will it just auto acknowledge it? Also, will my stats on old players still be there and more importantly to me is will I be able to save notes that I had applied to players with my old account on PT3? Or is there a way to import such information?

All data in your database will still be there - that won't change. If you want to link your screen names together you can do that as explained in this tutorial. Otherwise, you can change your screen name in the Settings area (click the Settings button on the main PT3 window, then click Search).
