I would like to see all the hands that I played in a tourney, as well as all the hands where I had a chance to steal. Is there any way I could filter so that both sets of hands are included and I can the replay tourney? When selecting VPIP AND Chance to Steal I only get the hands where I tried to steal obv.

Yes, the way to do this in the Filters area is to highlight the two filters and click the 'OR Selected' button. That will put an OR in and you'll see your two filters connected the way you want.
