suddenly PT3 stopped to work

My PT3 for omaha suddenly stopped to work. I restarted my computer but keep receiving this message:
PartyGaming: Unable to load hand history file: D:\Program Files\PartyGaming\PartyPoker\HandHistory\parvaiz\20121105\Canc?n.txt
What could possibly go wrong? And what should I do to make it work again.
