Backup DB From A Certain Date??

Hi, is there any way to backup my database but only from a certain period? EG. Only hands played since the beginning of the month.
Any help would be much appreciated, thanks on beforehand!!!

The Backup takes a full snapshot of everything. If you want just your hands from a specific time frame, what you'll want to do is
export just that data.
