PokerTracker

Hi there.

I recently started playing on Pokerstars and I'm having problems with PT3 (I already play on Pacific and all fine there).

I am saving the Pstars hh's in the Pstars folder, I used auto-detect in PT3 to nominate this folder. When I start a game an Stars I get this type of message in the PT3 Import Status window:
PokerStars: Loading hand history file: C:\Program Files\PokerStars\HandHistory\nh5IR\HH20121115 T644126271 No Limit Hold'em $1.29 + $0.21.txt

... but the game does not appear in my Tournaments tab and no HUD pops up. Thanks for any help you can give.

What version of PT3 are you using? If it's not our latest beta, you should upgrade to that version - our latest stable does not work properly with PokerStars at this point in time. You can find the latest PT3 beta on our download page.
