PokerTracker dont track my hands

Hello support or anyone, Maybe somebody can help me. Im the user of poker tracker 3 version on mac (PokerTracker 4 is not available yet) . My problem is that poker tracker dont track my hands from poker stars.fr, but from poker stars.eu is working good. When i try to import my hands i get this problem
PokerStars: Unable to load hand history file: /Users/damianwysocki/Documents/
I try to find how to fix this but i couldnt. Maybe someone can help me pls.
And one more question any plans when PT4 will release on Mac?

Please check that you have the correct hand history folder configured - /Users/damianwysocki/Documents/ will contain a lot of files which aren't hand histories.

We're hoping to have the first PT4 Mac beta available before the end of the year, but these things are notoriously hard to predict so we don't have a definitely timescale yet.
