HUD on zoom tables on pokerstars.it doesnt' work. Import is correct but HUD never works, neither on PT3 nor in PT4. Why dont't you fix it? I want to buy PT4 but now this is not possible for me. On HM2 i have to say that it works perfectly..

This is a known issue we are currently working on fixing for PT4. After the fix is ready for PT4 I believe we will then bring it to PT3. If you want automated notification when a fix is available please create a support ticket for the issue.

I want to say that with v4.05.7 Hud on Zoom of PokerStars works very well, while with Stable version not. The fix works.

It works on pokerstars.it?? Be careful, i asked for .it not for .com!

Ci ho giocato e funziona bene, solo ho notato che quando ho aperto 2 tavoli 1 era perfetto, mentre l'altro era un pò scombinato (il mio nick però era sempre al posto giusto), ti confermo però che con un solo tavolo va benissimo.

We do have some known issues with .it Zoom. We are working on them. If you are willing to help us, you can do so by restarting PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproducing any problems you may have. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears.

We can also make sure you receive automated notification when a new PT4 beta is out with a fix if you create a ticket.
