3.13.9 to 3.13.13 Upgrade

I have 3.13.9 version. Will PT3 be updating DBs after I upgrade it to 3.13.13? Will I need to update the cache after the upgrade?

I don't see any database update listed for the release notes in those versions, so one should not be required.
