I've got a few hundered hands in an email I would like to import but can't figure out how. Do I put them in a word or text file? They are zoom hands btw.

Thanks,

Text file - save them as a .txt in TextEdit and then you should be able to import them.

I have tried it and get this message for each hand:

2012/12/30 09:46:00: Import file: /Users/Chris/Documents/test 2.txt
2012/12/30 09:46:00: Warning: Unrecognized game type: (Line #3)
2012/12/30 09:46:00: Warning: Unrecognized game type: (Line #55)

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Did you copy them exactly from the email?
If the lines are split by your email package then that can cause that sort of error - often the first line of each hand is quite a long line and some email packages can split that onto two lines, which won't work.

If you can't see what is wrong attach the file to a Support Ticket so that we can check it out for you.

Sorry - I missed that you were using a Mac.
There is no way to "Save as Text" from TextEdit so it will just save it as an RTF format file with a .txt extension. You must first select "Format -> Make Plain Text" before it will allow you to save it in text format.
