i was forced to replace my old desktop as the processor already failed. i reformatted my hard drive and re-installed everything including pt3.

i now encounter a problem where the cash hands (merge) are not imported during auto import. i tried to re-install again but its still the same. it fails to recognize the limit and the hands being imported.

did anybody encounter this problem also?

Do you have the Merge software installed in English and writing hand histories?
Is it seeing the hand history files?
Are you getting any specific errors?
