stats not working on dropdown menu

I can have like 2200 hands on someone then in the dropdown menu their prf is like X/62 hands. any idea how to fix this?

What dropdown menu are you referring to?
What version of PT3 do you have?

its updated to the latest version. the street by street stats when i click on the hud

At the bottom left of the main PT3 window is Cache Status at 100%? If not, please update your cache via the Database -> Housekeeping menu and that will likely fix things for you.

ye its at 100% for all 4 and I did the housekeeping yesterday

Please restart PT3 with the logging enabled link on your Start menu, reproduce and
report this problem and we'll investigate further for you.
