My C All In Adjusted

Hi just wondering about this stat - I've heard poeple say completely opposite things about this. Some say don't look at it coz it doesn't factor in all the pots you win when not all in (no showdown). Iv'e heard people say only look at this not how much you have won coz that only distracts your from your real 'skansky dollars'.
So which is true? Does it completely factor in all the pots or just calculated equity when all in?
For simple example - Say im playing 2 tables on $100 PLO zoom. I buy in with $100 on both. 1st table, I raise it up, c bet, dbl barrel and the player/s end up folding and I win a $50 pot (no showdown). So now I have $150 on that table. Other table there's a lot of action and a guy gets it all in verse my AhAdThTd on a AsAcKc FLOP with 2c2s3c3s and hits a running straight flush (4s5s). So he was a tiny % - Say 1% . So technically form that $200 pot my equity was say $198.
Now my real balance across both tables is $150 (-$50)
But my C All In Adjusted is $150 + $198 = $348, so final amount for C All In Adjusted is (+148)
Is this how it works? So if you played a billion hands the numbers would be virtually identical ? Or does it only show how your running in all in situations?
Thanks
