switch from PT microstakes to PT full version

i have bought PT3 in a period (about may 2012) when there was an offer: basically, i bought both PT3 and Pt4 together...
i would like to buy the full version, but i need both PT3 and PT4...it's possible to buy it just with one payment??

I'm pretty sure that if you upgrade PT3 to the full version you will also get the equivalent upgrade of PT4 for free but I will double check for you.
