Ultimate Poker support?

Sooo now that the first site has launched, are you guys planning to be the first HUD to support regulated sites in the US?

Currently this site doesn't write hand histories and prohibits Huds, and we won't go against any sites wishes in this regard. We are, of course, monitoring the situation.

Currently the software does not generate hand histories, which means no player tracking and no HUDs. Although still up for consideration, Ultimate reps currently plan to keep a HUD-free poker room.

Do you know if their anti-Hud stance has changed?
Please attach an example hand history file to a Support Ticket so that we can see if they have all the required information. I cannot say that support will be added in the short term, but an example will be useful for the development team.

If they do not wish HUDs to be available on their network, we are not going to work to provide support. We only work with the sites we support, we never work against them.

PokerTracker has lots of valuable tools beyond the HUD.

Of course we do, but we also do not only provide partial support for a network.

Regardless though, if the site does not want our support, we will not provide it. If they contacted us saying that they were interested in our providing support we would work with them and make that happen.

Either way, that hand history doesn't have all of the necessary information so it wouldn't be possible to support in that format.
