I have the full version of PT3 both holdem and omaha, but why cant i get the discount, or upgrade for the full version of PT4 and not just small stakes holdem??

You definitely should qualify for the discount on the full upgrade package. Create a support ticket and PM me your ticket number and I'll make sure it gets to the person who can help you and that we get you a response ASAP.

so i am 98 % completed with the upgrade but, for some reason it not letting me upgrade small to full on the final upgrade to omaha
