PT3 has not been working on my laptop for some time now.

I am getting this message in the "Import Status" window. Any suggestions on how to fix this and have stats displayed while playing on Full Tilt?

Make sure you're using the latest version (v3.14.5) and if you still get this error with holdem or omaha hands please attach one of the hand history files to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate.
