PokerTracker

Pokertracker has been working great for me until recently, when I imported 500 hands, 200 of them were fine, but around 300 of them had the error:invalid pot size/winnings. What is the solution to this?

Please attach the hand history file(s) including these bad hands to a Support Ticket so that we can find out what caused this.

In the support message, I accidentally said pokerstars was working fine for previous hands, I meant pokertracker. Also, I play on bovada and use the bovada hand converter, which is why it says pokerstars.

If there are errors in converted hands we won't be able to support them - we can only support hand histories in the correct site formats. You will need to contact the author of the converter if it is generating errors.
