I've searched on this but I don't think I'm phrasing my question correctly, and I can't seem to figure this out on my own.

When I go to the "vs Player" tab for Tournaments (I play only heads-up sit-n-gos), it shows me how I've done against all other players for individual hands, not tournament results. So, it tells me I've won 218 times and lost 225 times to PLAYERABC, but those are the hands.

Where can I see a list of results by tournament result, against my opponents? So it might look something like:

Player Tourneys_Won Tourneys_Lost Result
PlayerA 44 20 +$625
PlayerB 30 30 -$29.75
PlayerC 20 38 -$495

There isn't a report that breaks down winnings and losses in that way. Since it's all heads up you should be able to do it as an All Players report on your My Reports tab though.

I haven't done any custom reports/filtering before. Do you have a link or tips for how I might go about this?

PT3.

Go to the Reports tab, create a new report in Tourney Holdem Hand Player Statistics and add the Player stat and the winnings stat you want. Then click the blue Filters link and untick "Filter on Active Player" and that should show you what you are looking for.
