I'm on a mac, and the might be a noob question, but where exactly is all my data stored on my computer? Whenever I have problems with my PostgreSQL, and I have to reset it, or reinstall it, etc... I'm always a little worried that I'm gonna lose my data. Mainly because I don't know exactly where all the processed data is. I know where my hand history folder is my my poker software, but those only keep for about 90 days.

But WAD? (old Doom reference. Where's All the Data?)

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database, which isn't in a single file. PostgreSQL database files are in /Library/PostgreSQL/x.x/data/.
You can make a backup of your entire PokerTracker settings and data using File > Backup.
Tutorial: Backup and Restore

The hand history files which have been imported using auto import are moved to the Processed folder - you can see the location of this by checking the 'Move Processed Files To' option in the import options.

The default location of the Processed folder on OS X is in ~/Documents/PokerTracker.
