New with PT4, no live hud stats

Hello.
I've just purchased PT4 and installed it. But when i play i dont get any stats of my opponent and myself.
Anyone knows what the problem is? FYI im a big noob, so im thankful for any help

Did you click Get Hands While Playing before you started playing? Did you configure your site? If you didn't configure your site you can find our configuration guides here.

Kradda, yes i did get hands while i was installning, think. The hud works when i watch some replays, but i dont get the hud stats while playing. And i've config, on the correct site as well. I even tried to re-install PT4 + PostSQL, but still no go
