Just to confirm the obvious question - does your converted DB (i.e. the PSQL one) work in PT2? Are you seeing all the hands there?

Are there PokerStars, Party, or Full Tilt hands in that PT2 database?

Please try converting again and after you experience the problem, send us the PokerTracker.log file via the [url=http://www.pokertracker3.com/support/index.php?cat_id=3j5q]Support system[/urlj5q] so that we can troubleshoot the issue.

In the meantime, to get your hands into PT3, export them into files then manually import them into PT3.

Best regards,

Derek

I've got it working, I had to uninstall and reinstall PT3. It has something to do with the database you are currently connected to I think. It worked when I reinstalled and straight away converted the DB to PT3. Before I fiddled with the temporary (empty) active DB.
