I just spent a (long) while trying to find standard deviation in PT3, where is it now?

Thanks,
David.

It has not yet been added, but it will be.

Hi, I was just looking for that as well.

in the player statistics, there is a SD/100 in BB and 70% and 95% confidence, but those don't work, they give an error that abs_bb_won_per_hand is missing.

Is that error "normal"? Is that what you mean when you say it's not been added yet?

Thanks!

Where exactly are you finding this stat? What is the correct stat name?
What version are you using? Build 2? I wonder if this is one of the stats that was added by mistake and removed again for beta 12.

I'm using Beta 13, in the general tab, in the bottom section: Player Statistics

I click on the Configure icon on the right.

It gives me a list of available stats.

Confidence 70%, Confidence 95% and SD/100 in BB are both available and both give the error when added to my list of Report stats.

That's weird, here's a screen shot... you can see the stats and you can see I'm using Beta 13...

I know where you got those from. If you download the "winrate confidence" report from the repository, it includes those custom stats.

yes! I did download that report, but it didn't work, it gave me the same error!

What should I do? Remove this report? Or leave all that and wait for the missing stats to be re-added in a future version?

I'm in a middle of a bad downswing and I want to see what my SD is so I can check if I'm unlucky or if I just plain suck :)

Thanks!

BTW, if you remove the report you also have to remove the custom stats it creates separately.

SD won't give you an indication of running bad as such. If you are in the middle of a downswing, and want to know this you would be better off taking a look at PokerEV. It will give you a rough guide to how you have been running in terms of EV and has a some basic stuff on "luck".
