how in the hell do u install this program. this is impossible and i dont know the 1st clue how to get help with this. it appears this was the biggest waste of 100 bucks in my life.

Where is it failing? You install this program just like every other one on your computer.

when i download protege it says password is 2 short or some bull shit. i tried different password no difference.

When you download PT3 with postgres the install should be automatic.

Did you download postgres separately? What version? What operating system do you have?
On that password creation page, I think there is a button which will generate a password for you - you should use that as the password has to be REALLY complicated, including non-alphanumeric characters.
